Young Dominates Kansas City Friday, September 26th, 1969 The Colorado Rockies rolled to an easy 7-0 win over the Kansas City Royals at Kauffman Stadium today. Leading the way to victory was starter Chris R Young, who shackled the Kansas City Royals and held them scoreless on a 2-hitter. "This is what every pitcher wants to do when they go out there," Young said in his postgame press conference.
