Madison Celebrates Playoff Clinch Tuesday, September 4th , 2001 They have their eye on the Division 1 crown, but for now the Madison Mallards are happy to have guaranteed themselves a playoff berth. "We'd like to go in as division champions, that's for sure," said reliever A.J. Puk. The Mallards currently have a 93-40 record and when playoffs begin will be vying for the 9th MLB Triple A championship in franchise history. |
