Lugnuts Swarzak Named SL2's Best Pitcher Saturday, September 1st , 2001 Anthony Swarzak is the latest Sub League 2 Pitcher of the Month award winner. The Lansing starter shone on the hill repeatedly last month and finished August with a sparkling 4-0 record. In 6 starts he tossed 42 innings, posted 35 strikeouts, and put up a 2.36 ERA. His record this season is 10-8 in 26 starts and Swarzak has a 2.98 ERA. |
