Val'kyr Mathematically Out of Playoffs Sunday, August 19th , 2001 The 2001 season has hardly been a memorable one for the Kattegat Val'kyr and now fans must deal with the fact that the club has been officially eliminated from playoff contention. The Val'kyr have missed the playoffs 18 times in their 22 years as a MLB Triple A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 3rd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 1998. In the last 10 seasons, the Val'kyr have missed the playoffs 6 times. |
