White Sox Harper Suffers Setback Monday, October 22nd , 2001 The Chicago (A) White Sox plan to take it slow with right fielder Bryce Harper, knowing that his recovery from a fractured hand would likely include a few bumps in the road. A team spokesman told BNN, "Bryce has up days and down days. It's still a process. He was feeling really good and then he had a step back. The doctors say it will be about 3 weeks before he can be activated." Harper is currently batting .360 with 15 home runs and 79 RBIs. |
