Time's Up: Manning to Retire

Rick Manning said at age 36, it's time to walk away from baseball.

At the end of the season, the Miami Marlins center fielder has announced he will retire.

"It's the right decision for my family and I at this point," he said.

Manning boasts a lifetime batting average of .273 with 2036 hits, 129 homers, 1087 runs scored and 802 RBIs.
