Fisher Skunks Milwaukee, 5-0 Sunday, September 23rd , 2001 The Milwaukee Brewers were almost helpless in their 5-0 loss to the Arizona Diamondbacks and hurler Jack Fisher. Fisher kept the Brewers confused all game, spinning a 2-hit shutout. "Tip your hat to Fisher," Milwaukee manager Mike Ejercito said in a postgame interview. "He kept us off balance all night." The 26-year-old right-hander had no walks and 5 strikeouts in a strong performance. "It just happened to be one of those games where even when I made mistakes, they either fouled them off or someone would make a fine defensive play," Fisher said.
