The Montreal Expos got a magnificent performance from pitcher Ben Sheets, who muffled the Baltimore offense en route to a tight, 1-0 Expos win at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The Montreal winning streak has reached 5 games.

Though he did not get the decision, Sheets did all he could to keep his team close, twirling a shutout through 7.1 innings, until Montreal eventually rallied past the Orioles.
