The Texas Rangers picked up a win at Miller County Field, taking down the Milwaukee Brewers, 5-4. Starting pitcher Jesse Litsch was a big reason why. Felix Heredia notched his 18th save in 22 chances. Milwaukee is in the throes of a long losing streak, which is now 10 games.

Billy Williams went 1 for 2 with a double and 2 walks for Texas. The 22-year old left fielder had a key at-bat in the top of the eighth. With no one out and runners on 1st and 3rd, he broke a 4-4 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off A.J. Sager. It was his 56th RBI of the season.

"Use your eyes, make an adjustment, and be better," said losing manager Mike Ejercito. "We need some accountability all the way around. Everybody, top to bottom."
