Expos Capture Extra-Inning Win
The Montreal Expos took Ed Head's best shot and still were able to collect a win at Stade Olympique. The final score had Montreal getting past the Yankees, 3-2, in 10 innings. Head over 7.2 innings allowed 2 runs on 5 hits, while striking out 6. Montreal is now 31-21.

The Expos got a clutch hit from second baseman Geronimo Pena. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Expos.

"Our guys refused to lose," said Pena.
