The Chicago (A) White Sox had to overcome a good performance from Cleveland pitcher Derek Holland to claim a 3-2 win at Comiskey Park. Holland went 7 innings and allowed 1 run. Bill Scherrer converted his 31st save in 35 tries. The triumph puts Chicago (A) at 98-60 for the season.
