The Baltimore Orioles did just enough to sneak past the Colorado Rockies, 3-2, at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Baltimore pitcher Lou Fette, in particular, had a standout performance. The Orioles improved their record to 69-68 with the win over Colorado .

In the bottom of the second, Gary DiSarcina delivered a clutch hit. With two gone and runners on 2nd and 3rd, the Baltimore shortstop hit a 2-run single, putting the Orioles in front, 3-2.

"Winning the game is always the first objective," DiSarcina said.
