Dino Chiozza, the talented Glendale shortstop, certainly made his name known among Sub League 1 hurlers this season. He hammered them for 137 hits, 20 doubles, 2 triples, 21 home runs, 87 RBIs and scored 70 times. That kind of output made him the choice for Sub League 1 Most Valuable Player Award for 2000.
