The Math Says - Hudson Valley Out of Playoffs Wednesday, September 6th , 2000 The Hudson Valley Renegades have a new opponent: mathematics. The Renegades still have games to play in their disappointing 2000 campaign, but the numbers say they won't mean much -- the Renegades were today mathematically eliminated from qualifying for the postseason. This is the club's 9th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 1991. In total, the Renegades have missed the playoffs 18 times in their 21-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Renegades have only made the playoffs once. |
