Bulldozers Pitching Ravaged by Wisely Wednesday, June 28th , 2000 Kattegat second baseman Brett Wisely had a day to remember, 5-for-6 against the Mt. Arlington Bulldozers at Bulldozers Grounds as the Val'kyr picked up a win, 15-1. "He was patient up there," Kattegat skipper told the press after the game. "I like the way he waited for his pitch and wasn't overly aggressive. Wisely has a tendency to chase bad balls sometimes." Brett Wisely singled in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, flied out in the 7th, singled in the 9th and hit an RBI single in the 9th. Currently Wisely is hitting .347 and has collected 4 home runs, 31 RBIs and scored 49 times, while playing in 68 games. |
