Pepper Extends Hit Streak to 25 Games

Ray Pepper of the Oklahoma City Dodgers tagged 1 hit in today's 9-4 loss to the Mt. Arlington Bulldozers at Silver Knights Field to run his hitting streak to 25 straight games.

"I realize it's unlikely to have a 25-game streak and not have a couple losses mixed in," he said later. "But it still takes the fun out of it."
Ray Pepper flied out in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, flied out in the 6th, singled in the 8th and struck out in the 9th.
