Cleveland's Kaiser Sidelined for Season Friday, September 15th , 2000 The season is ending on a bad note for Don Kaiser, reliever for the Cleveland Guardians. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Kaiser was hurt against the Seattle Mariners while throwing a pitch. He suffered a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament and will be out for at least 9 months. This year, Kaiser has no saves in 16 relief appearances with a 3-6 record and 4.91 ERA. |
