Chicago (A) reliever Bob Ross has suffered a setback in his recovery from a strained hamstring. According to White Sox officials, he will be out of action for 5 weeks.

"Doctors are concerned with the rate of healing and have decided that Ross will need additional time in rehab before he will be cleared to play," one team spokesman explained to reporters.

Taking a look at his season, Ross has made 38 relief appearances, recorded 4 saves and compiled a 2-4 won-lost mark and a 4.45 ERA. In pitching 30.1 innings, he has totaled 32 strikeouts and 19 walks.
