The Arizona Diamondbacks took on the Montreal Expos at Chase Field.

Jack Fisher never let Montreal get something going. The Arizona right-hander commanded his fastball in pitching the Diamondbacks to a 6-1 win. The winning pitcher was Fisher, now 6-0. He tossed 8 innings of 5-hit ball, while walking 4 and fanning 7.

In the bottom of the first, Brad Wilkerson delivered a clutch hit. With two gone and the bases loaded, the Arizona left fielder hit a 2-run single, putting the Diamondbacks in front, 6-1.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Wilkerson told the Arizona Chronicle.

Arizona raised its record to 36-22 with the win.
