Darren Lewis made an impact in the 16-7 New York (N) win over St. Louis. Lewis, who finished 5th in the NL in runs with 140 last year, was 4-5 with a double, 3 singles, and a walk. He scored 3 times and drove in 5. The Mets, at 22-13, have now won 12 straight.
