Angel Berroa had a big hand in the 11-5 Boston triumph over Colorado . He rattled off 4 hits in 5 at-bats, scoring 3 times and knocking in 2 runs. Max Macon nailed down his 3rd save. The loss lowers the Colorado record to 13-14.

In the top of the eighth, the Red Sox grabbed the lead when Berroa hit his 4th double of the season. The run-scoring double off Brad Bergesen made it 4-3, Boston.
