|
Philadelphia Phillies starter Joel Zumaya pitched a strong game against the New York (N) Mets at Shea Stadium, leading the Phillies to victory, 6-5. Zumaya, the winner, moves to 2-0. He threw 5.1 innings of 1-hit ball, while fanning 5 and giving up 6 walks. The win puts Philadelphia at 9-7.
