The Houston Astros picked up a win at Minute Maid Park, knocking off the Miami Marlins, 6-5, in 12 innings. On the mound for Houston was right-hander Luis Castillo. He played a pivotal role in the triumph. Bob Kline earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 1 hit in 1.2 innings. He upped his record to 5-4. The victory puts Houston at 56-92.

Houston got a clutch hit from Brayan Pena. The catcher launched a 2-run home run in the bottom of the 12th inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a kill shot.

"This place was rocking at the end," Pena said.
