Arizona beat Houston on the strength of starting pitcher Matt Young's fine effort. The left-hander led his team to a win, 2-1. The winner was Young. He threw 7.0 innings of 3-hit ball. The loser was Kyle Hendricks. Chuck Cary notched his 15th save in 19 chances.
