The Houston Astros spoiled a good performance by St. Louis left fielder Marcell Ozuna, bumping off St. Louis, 8-4, at Busch Stadium. Ozuna was 2-4 with 2 home runs and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. The 9th-place Astros improved to 48-85.

Houston needed the clutch hitting of Brayan Pena to seal the deal. The catcher swatted a 3-run home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Astros on top, 6-4. For the game, Pena had 1 home run and 2 singles in 4 at-bats.

"We put a lot of pressure on ourselves," Pena told a Houston Herald reporter. "Sometimes we just need to relax."
