The 1969 Pitcher of the Year Award in the Sub League 1 has been given to Jason Dickson of the Kendall West Nailers.

The Nailers ace worked 252 innings this season, crafting a 20-6 record and a 2.75 ERA in 30 starts. Dickson collected 283 strikeouts while walking 48 and limiting opponents to a .231 batting average.

He received 16 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Rich Nye of the Plano Acorns finished second in voting, while Gabe Molina of the Kendall West Nailers finished third.
