Blefary Red-Hot, SL2 Player of the Week Monday, August 4th, 1969 Veteran Curt Blefary had a great week at the plate for the Renegades to capture the majority of votes for Player of the Week in the Sub League 2. The 33-year-old Hudson Valley left fielder built a .500 average on the strength of 12 hits in 24 at-bats, 3 home runs and 5 RBIs. So far this year Blefary has hit .281 with 32 home runs, 80 RBIs and 76 runs scored. |
