Acorns Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Friday, August 1st, 1969 The Plano Acorns never had much playoff hope this season anyway, but now it's official -- the team has been mathematically eliminated from the postseason. Plano last appeared in the postseason in 1960. This is their 9th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 18 times in their 23-year history. |
